The workflow for Kaa-Yaa is as follows
Step 1: User tells Kaa-Yaa about their fitness goals, fitness experience, how long and how often they can workout and where they workout (Home or Gym)
Step 2: Kaa-Yaa creates a workout for the user
Step 3: User adds the workout on their calendar and takes a pledge that they will perform their workout
Step 4: Kaa-Yaa notifies the user in advance when their workout is due.
Step 5: User performs the workout
